Aviemore Storage Co. Ltd started in 1991 with the aim of providing local, affordable storage for mainly the Spey Valley. We quickly realised that we would have to devise a system that was capable of transporting customers' goods from one place to another, preferably in the timber containers that everything would eventually be stored in.
The most efficient method turned out to be a flat bed trailer. Our trailer started life with 2 axles which quickly became 3 mainly for stability. To pull this rather large trailer we used Land Rover Discoveries which proved very durable and also managed to get us into places no other removal vehicle could dream of. The whole concept of delivering the containers to the customers door for either them or us to load was now a reality.
